Its up to the altitude of La Paz, Bolivia this Sunday as Brazil plays in their last road qualifier. Dunga has signaled that conditioning will be the basis for his lineup to combat the effects of the elevation.
At this point what is there really to say about this fixture? World Cup qualification is accomplished, a win seals up first place in the group. Bolivia does not have much to play for other than pride. Apparently only a few thousand tickets have been sold for this match. This has all the makings of an affair as boring as the last time this two nations met in Rio, playing to a 0-0 draw last September.
To make matters worse, Bolivia had a hard time even fielding a squad for this match. Their players’ union threatened a boycott to advocate consolidation with the country’s multiple federations.
I know Dunga has stated Brazil is playing to win these last two matches, and that’s influenced calling up so many of the regulars. However he needs to lock down the left back, and reserves at several positions. It’s going to be difficult for him to give his best assessment without seeing some of these possible reserves on the pitch. If not Sunday, it’s never for this means of figuring out the rest of this roster. According to Globo we will in fact see a lot of changes in this lineup.
Marcelo Moreno of Werder Bremen is the star for this Bolivia side. He’ll need to be neutralized to make sure Brazil secures three points in La Paz.

we lost but it was a nice game, Dunga decided to leave Luis Fabiano and Kaka on the bench that part i get but still give them the call up just in case the selecao needed them why make them fly thousand miles and leave them on the bench while the selecao was in difficulty? that’s the part i don’t get,Nilmar did a good job it seems like he’s going to South Africa,Alex did OK but i didn’t expect him to do anything spectacular in such environment maybe we’ll get to see more of him in 3 days for some reason i still believe if Dunga had played people who have not been part of the selecao for a while ( not the usual bench players even if they’re subtitute they’re regulars of the selecao ) the game could’ve been different because these guys would be looking to get a spot in South Africa like they say you get to learn a lot in pain maybe Dunga will get some positive stuff out of this game, congrats to Bolivia and their fans they deserve it . . .
