Brazil 0-0 Venezuela

October 14th, 2009 | By: Duvel | 2 Comments »

Brazil really deserved three points from this match but it wasn’t in the cards. We got a good look at Lucas and Filipe tonight. I thought both were solid. However, Kaka had a sub par match. Regardless, I don’t mind this result. The team played well in a match that did not matter much. I’ll have the full recap tomorrow.

That is what i worry about. Brazil are too rely on Luis Fabiano and Kaka in attack. When they are in off form nobody seems capable to deliver. Ramires!? Nilmar!? I don’t think so. Perhaps the assitance of Robinho is solely miss. Lucas for me is too slow and soft. He needs more speed and aggresive. Miranda is clearly not up to standard yet. Hopefully Dunga will look for other options like Alex of Chelsea and David Luiz of Benfica. Other than that Filipe Luis played well. He can delivers good crosses than Andre Santos. The next real test will be against England. We will see what is in Dunga mind then.
