“Brazil is not a monster”
Is it time for the ULTRAZICO? This image is the front page of ‘O Globo’ newspaper sport section. I thought it was worth sharing with you all. Today’s match against Japan will be important for our side because Parreira will be able to do some experiments.
Some TV shows informed that Parreira will spare Emerson, Cafu and Ronaldo that already have a yellow card. Probable subs will be Gilberto Silva, Cicinho and Robinho. It looks good to me, but I still hope to see Juninho playing too, leaving Ronaldinho more advanced to create more goal opportunities and giving the team more mobility.
Japan will be desperate to win, so I guess this will open some spaces for Brazil to score. Since our defense is looking solid my prediction is that we can win 3:0. If I’m right Zico will be in a sad situation. As I said many times before, he is my football hero who led my beloved Flamengo to be World Champions (Interclub Cup) and scoring amazing goals during his great career. He helped Japan to develop the sport and his team is the Asian champions that qualified first in his group. Anyway, now I want him to lose again. He was complaining that his team played under heavy sun twice. Oh my God… there is no need to blame other than himself and his players. Now the Japanese are praying for a miracle.
The newspaper quotes Zico saying “Brazil is no monster”. I know that our team has a sinister alien (Ronaldinho) and some prehistoric creatures (Roberto Carlos and Cafu) like the Ultraman enemies used to be. Let’s wait and see if Hayata grows against us on the pitch then.

Brazil played with none one…why do not play against a competitive team…and we can see in which would shape Ronaldo is…or better give Rooney, Tevez, a try through your weak defence cos the aussies and the croatians were just a second rate team mate for u…let put things right…see u later…who is coming after Ghana..

Miguelinho: many of your posts are getting caught by akismets spam filter — I only noticed it now by a coincidence. I dont know if its your email domain or your IP, but it just gets moderated until approval.
Unfortunatelly its almost impossible to browse the list for approval (there were 726 posts right now on the spam list, the vast majority being spam), so like I said, I only noticed your post by a coincidence.
Heres to hope my approval was enough to add your data to some whitelist so it wont get blocked again.

Okey, after further research, it seems all …@yahoo… email addresses tend to get blocked (some other people also had their comments blocked). So next time, try posting using other email address (its not shown anyway, dont worry) and see if it works.

Brazil don’t listen to izzy, he is just jealous becuase his country is no match to yours!!! The whole world knows who is the Best of the best. And believe me no country have ever done what Brazil has done. Go Brazil, get your six world cup. GO…Go..Go…

The quaterfinals agains France is going to be tough. Images from the 98 world cup may be haunting the more senior team memebers (ronaldo, cafu, carlos) who experienced that heartbreaking defeat.
Although Brazil are favourites, their defence is worrysome, and who knows that they’ll do next game.
On a side note, Adriano is soooo OVERRATED - he is greedy, he only has a left foot, and he simply doesn’t compare to ronaldo, ronaldinho, kaka. Do the ppl in Brazil concur?
