Getting Ready!

June 13th, 2006 | By: Euler Costa | 8 Comments »

Even while I was away from the city rehearsing with the band for our debut tomorrow after the Brazil-Croatia match there was still a feeling of World Cup in the air. A friend of mine was there with his Dutch girlfriend and we watched the Netherlands vs S&M with her for support. The game was not very nice to watch but that Robben was great.

Now it is our time. Croatia is coming to get their share of the action and I am still very worried about the favoritism factor. Anyway, tomorrow will be a busy day for me. Today we took part of the equipment to the Sugar Loaf stage. The screen there is huge and it will be a whole new experience for me. All the other World Cups I watched at home with friends but now I’ll be with friends in the middle of a lot of strangers. On top of that, I’ll be performing after the game! I can only hope everything will be fine, especially the result for our team, naturally.

The little arena where Mané Sagaz will be performing

The view!!!
