I think Zagallo is the most optimistic among them. In his mind Brazil must win, period. He said many times that Brazil must be very cautious, but at the same time he won’t accept to be defeated. It’s nice to see a guy so energetic at his age.

Thanks guys! Zagallo is really great. He is part of the World Cup history. He has that magic aura around him, and he was there signing loads of autographs and posing for pictures so calm and with a nice smile…

I started writing one post about it, but at the second page I knew it would be necessary to break it apart. Between my notes, my memory, my video recordings and web site coverage, I really didn’t know where to start!

I knew it!

Zagallo should not only be percieved as a central figure in Brazilian football, his success in this great sport is, I think, unmatched. I do not think anyone else has his pedigree. Two time champion, two time coaching champion and one time assistant coach champion…WOW!

And now, as the favourites , a good chance at another notch on his belt. Since Scolari is coming to Croatia after this summer, Zagallo should come with him.
