Man, the stuff he’s doing with the POR team is, I feel, superb.

The fact he his stubburn, well (I kinda like it), his job is to be the leader, right? Take the decisions (not talk about the decisions) and get the blame if it goes wrong. So he’s got the sword always on his neck. The players love him and respect him. They all feel they can learn with him. And already they have learned a lot…
