Real Brazil almost did it!

Real Madrid’s fans will kill me because of this title, but it won’t change the feelings we have for this galactic team. Of course we are ashamed of the 6:1 loss to Zaragoza, but at the same time we can ask: where was the rest of the team???

I saw the 4:0 victory over Zaragoza and for a good time I was wondering “why isn’t Zidane playing?” He was playing. What??? I know! No doubt Zidane is amongst the best of the best, but he forgot his talent at home yesterday. As did every Zaragoza player, seemingly.

Real Madrid was strong and scored 3 goals in the first 10 minutes of the game, so why didn’t they destroy their enemies in the other 80 minutes? Nobody can answer that, of course. Beckham played well too so… cheers to England! Add some Owen and cross your fingers.

For those who think Roberto Carlos is old school, all I can say is: “did you see that!?!?” Beckham to Zidane to RC and (tears) amazing kick! What are these nets made of these days? Great game. One more goal and Real would be at the final.

Of course we must be fair to Zaragoza’s fans: Brazilian Ewerton was not in an offside position. After saying that, we can summarize the game like this: 5 Brazilian goals in 90 minutes (Cicinho, Robinho, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos and Ewerton). What can we expect from our Selection? More goals!!! Fingers crossed!
