Romario’s Soap Opera
I must say that I’m a little embarrassed about this Romario situation. He can’t play for Miami without his American visa. Not only that but he is injured and he is here at Rio to be treated. It is sad. He is one of my idols and he has a huge legion of fans around the globe, but it seems he could care less for his image before us. His golden years are starting to fade under his comedy soap opera final years.
Men like Beckenbauer, Platini (as seen on that great Adidas commercial), Pele and Zico still have that great football aura because they knew what to do inside and outside the pitch. I hope Romario don’t be unwise towards the end of his footballer career.

Hi
Not only Romario, but Diego Walsh and Stephane Guilleume can´t play without visa.
On the retirement, I say that I would like that they validated “cane goal”, thus we will have the certainty that Romário “will decorate” our soccer for so much time, perhaps up to 100 years age.
