Barely…Maicon scored twice in the last few minutes of the match. I didn’t get to watch this one so let me know exactly what happened. They play again on Tuesday against a very beatable Costa Rica side.

It was a very even match and both sides wasted chances to kill it in 90 minutes. Then Maicon made the Germans pay for being asleep in defense twice and that was that. All and all this should have been the final match. Brazil will no doubt now win the entire thing.

Germany goal was Diogo’s mistake. He leave space for Holtby scored the header. Dissappointed with Alex Teixeira. He wasted so many chances. Douglas Costa was ok. Man of the match should be Maicon and goalkeeper Rafael.
