U-20 Wins Group; Now Lucio Out Injured
A much better performance for the Under 20 team today, winning 3-1 against Australia. Brazil won their group with this victory, and now moves on the the round of 16 to play a very talented Uruguay team on October 7th.
Another piece of news was Lucio picking up an injury in his match for Inter Milan today. Its listed as a muscle injury, but its enough to keep him out of the Bolivia match. Dunga will likely be forced to call someone up this week, with training just about to start.

Names that come to mind to replace Juan and Lucio is Franco Douglas off FC Twente that is sparkling under Steve McClaren’s guidance at FC Twente. Also, Thiago Silva of AC Milan

Paulo Henrique played so well against Australia. Disappointed with Douglas Costa and the back four defence. The worst player was the goalkeeper Rafael. As for Lucio replacement, my first choice will be Alex of Chelsea and Thiago Silva of AC Milan. But they are still down with injury. My second choice will be Douglas Franco of FC Twente and David Luiz of Benfica.

Paulo Henrique is making himself some money this year. He’s having a solid season at Santos, and that goal was textbook.
Regarding the Lucio spot, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a domestic call up.

Or David Luiz of Benfica. I would prefer those 3 getting a chance rather than a domestic call up.
