The Croatian Brazilian scores another CL goal. 90th minute v. Sevilla. Played for only 10 minutes and finds the net. Love this guy.

lol, yes Euler, I meant in quantity. I would never think otherwise.

As for Da Silva, and why he did not play in Germany....that is a very good question, that has still not been explained. All the then-coach Kranjcar said was that "he counts on him for future matches".

Ah, Soze, you teaser... "catching up"... you mean in quantity, right? he he he

This Eduardo da Silva must be really good! I could not watch him playing because TV here don't follow the Croatian championship. Why didn't he play in Germany 2006, by the way?

"During his time with Dinamo Zagreb, Da Silva scored 73 goals in 104 appearances, won the Croatian League title twice (2006 and 2007) and the Croatian Cup twice (2004 and 2007). He was voted Croatian Player of the Year in 2004 and 2006, and was the Croatian League’s top scorer in both 2006 and 2007." (Arsenal.com)

I did not know of Lucas..Maybe I'll be seeing him more now that he's a part of Liverpool. Pato as well now that he's with Milan. Alot of Brazilian presence in Europe... They are cathing up to the Argentineans.

ps. nice to see the Chupa come back to the football world with yesterday's friendly. And have you seen our Croatian Brazilian as of late?..he signed with Arsenal this month..

Hi Soze, my friend! I'm fine thanks. And you?

About the comparison issue, I totally agree with you. I also have this feeling that people are always trying to find the next big Brazilian. The comparisons can be very harmful to the player. Maybe the pressure and attention they get are so heavy that their career may burn too fast. They can be sentenced as a failure if they don't step up to the expectations fast.

Alexandre Pato still will be great, in my opinion. Maybe not the best, but among the elite. So will be Lulinha, Lucas and so on. I rather wait to see if they grow above the others.

About the U-20 team, I really don't know. I didn't watch any matches. The one who is already in the roster (at least for today's friendly) is the young Lucas. He was in the U-20 team that won the South American championship, but couldn't go to the World U-20 championship.

You know Lucas?
